Managing Your Subscription & Add-On Services

Your Web2ink plan is billed monthly with no long-term contract — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. This article covers how, plus the add-on services available beyond your core plan.

Changing or canceling your plan

There's no lock-in contract on any Web2ink plan. To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel:

• Contact your account team at 877-932-2465 or [email protected], or
• Check My Account on your site for self-service subscription management, if enabled for your account.

Upgrading from DIY to Full Site: you only pay the difference in the one-time setup fee — not a full new setup charge (see Full Site Plans vs. DIY Plans: Which One Is Right for You).

Switching between Basic, Pro, and Catalog: talk to your account team — moving to Pro, for example, unlocks Advanced Stores, premium store themes, inventory, and profits/payouts if you're currently on Basic.

Add-on products & services

Beyond your core plan, Web2ink offers add-on products and services you can purchase independently:

• Site Design Services — additional custom design work beyond your plan's included design.
• Set Up & Training Services — hands-on help getting your team comfortable with the admin, pricing setup, or store tools.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Plugin — a plugin for exporting artwork directly compatible with Web2ink's designer/production workflow.
• iOS and Android Apps for Print Shops — mobile app options for print shop operations.
• Custom Store Templates — additional pre-built store theme options beyond the standard set.
• Store Creation on Existing Store Templates — have our team build out a specific store for you using an existing template, rather than building it yourself.
• Marketing Services — ongoing marketing support for your shop.
