Tracking Your Order & Understanding Order Statuses

Once you've placed an order, here's how to keep an eye on where it stands.
Where to check your order
Go to My Account → Orders and open the specific order. You'll see its current status, the items ordered, and any tracking information once it ships.
What order statuses mean
Every shop sets up its own production statuses to match how they actually work, so exact names vary — but they generally map to a flow like:
- Received/Processing — your order has come in and is queued.
- Art Approval / Awaiting Proof — if the shop requires you to approve a design proof before production, your order will sit here until you respond (see Approving Your Design Proof).
- In Production — your order is actively being printed, embroidered, or otherwise produced.
- Ready for Pickup / Shipped — your order is complete and either ready for you to collect, or on its way.
- Completed — the order is finished and (if shipped) delivered.
If a status name looks unfamiliar, it's shop-specific wording rather than a universal standard — the general progression above still applies.
Notifications
Most shops send automatic email updates as your order's status changes — particularly when it ships. If you're not receiving these, check spam/junk first.
Estimated ship/completion dates
Many orders show an estimated due date based on the shop's production schedule and business days (excluding weekends/holidays the shop observes). This is an estimate, not a guarantee — reach out to the shop directly if your timeline is time-sensitive (an event date, for example) and you want a firmer commitment.
If your order seems delayed
- Check the order's current status first — it may simply be sitting in a queue step like proof approval, waiting on you rather than the shop.
- If it's genuinely past the estimated date with no status change, contact the shop directly with your order number — see Getting Help: Issues, Returns & Contacting the Shop.
