Connecting Printavo, ShopVox, QuickBooks Online & Shippo

Last updated

Web2ink integrates with several tools print shops already run their business on. This article covers the four most common integrations and what each one is for.

Printavo (order/production sync)

Printavo is a shop management platform many print shops already use for production scheduling. The Printavo integration syncs orders from Web2ink into Printavo automatically, so your production team can work from Printavo without manually re-entering every online order. Sync runs on a scheduled basis, and order details are also viewable from a Printavo panel directly on the WooCommerce order screen.

To connect: find the Printavo settings in your Web2ink admin, enter your Printavo API credentials, and enable the sync.

ShopVox (shop management)

Similar in spirit to Printavo, ShopVox is a shop management/CRM platform some shops use instead. If you run ShopVox, the integration pushes order data across so you're not duplicating entry between your website and your shop system.

To connect: find the ShopVox settings in your Web2ink admin and enter your ShopVox connection details.

QuickBooks Online (accounting)

The QuickBooks Online integration syncs order and financial data into QuickBooks so your bookkeeping doesn't require manually re-entering every sale. It connects via QuickBooks' own secure login (OAuth) — you'll be redirected to Intuit to authorize the connection rather than entering QuickBooks credentials directly into Web2ink.

To connect: go to the QuickBooks integration settings and click connect/authorize; you'll be taken to Intuit to log in and approve access, then returned to your Web2ink admin.

⚠️ If you're setting this up for the first time, confirm with support whether your connection is pointed at production QuickBooks or a sandbox/test environment — ask before relying on synced data for real bookkeeping.

Shippo (live shipping rates)

Shippo connects your site to real-time shipping rates from major carriers, so customers see accurate shipping costs at checkout instead of flat/estimated rates, and you can generate shipping labels from your orders directly.

To connect: enter your Shippo API key in the Shippo settings screen, then configure which carriers/services you want offered at checkout.

General troubleshooting for any integration

  • Data isn't syncing — reconfirm your API credentials/connection are still valid; third-party services occasionally expire tokens or require reauthorization.
  • Duplicate records appearing — usually caused by a sync running twice, or an order being manually entered in both systems; check the integration's sync log if available.
  • Just connected but nothing's flowed over yet — most syncs run on a schedule rather than instantly; give it some time, or check whether there's a manual "sync now" option in the integration's settings.
