PromoStandards Vendors: SanMar, alphabroder, S&S & Augusta

If you sell blank apparel or promotional products from major wholesale suppliers, Web2ink can pull live product data and inventory directly from those suppliers using the PromoStandards industry protocol.

What PromoStandards integration gives you

• Live inventory — see actual supplier stock levels rather than guessing or manually checking.
• Product data sync — descriptions, images, and available colors/sizes pulled from the supplier rather than entered by hand.
• Fewer overselling issues — because inventory reflects what's actually available from your supplier, not a static number you forgot to update.

Supported vendors

Web2ink's PromoStandards integration supports the major blank-goods suppliers most decorators already order from, including SanMar, alphabroder, S&S Activewear, and Augusta Sportswear. If a supplier you use isn't listed, contact support — new vendor connections may be possible depending on the supplier's PromoStandards support.

Setting up a vendor connection

1. Get your account credentials/API access from the vendor directly (this is issued by the supplier, not by Web2ink — you'll typically need an active wholesale account with them first).
2. In your Web2ink admin, find the PromoStandards/vendor settings and enter the credentials for each supplier you want connected.
3. Run or schedule the sync to pull in product and inventory data.

Using synced vendor products

Once connected, vendor products can be imported and sold through your store the same way catalog products are (see Importing Products & Categories From the Web2ink Catalog) — with the added benefit of inventory staying current against the actual supplier stock.

Troubleshooting

• Vendor connection fails — double-check your supplier account is active and the credentials haven't expired; PromoStandards credentials are issued and managed by the vendor, not by Web2ink.
• Inventory looks stale — confirm the sync schedule; if it hasn't run recently, trigger a manual sync if that option is available, or contact support.
• Product data missing fields — not every vendor provides identical data through PromoStandards; some fields may need to be filled in manually after import.
