Getting an Instant Price Quote
Last updated
Want to know the price before you design anything? Most products let you get an accurate quote instantly, right on the product page.
Getting a quick price
- Open the product you're interested in.
- Instead of clicking "Design Now," look for a quick price / get a quote option.
- Select your quantity, and any relevant options (like number of colors or print locations).
- The price shown is calculated the same way your final checkout price would be — it's not a rough estimate.
Why the price might change once you start designing
The instant quote reflects the options you selected at that moment. If you go on to design the product and choose a different quantity, more colors, additional sides, or other add-ons, the price will update to reflect those actual choices. Use the instant quote to get in the right ballpark before committing time to a full design.
Requesting a formal quote
If the shop you're ordering from works on a quote-request basis (common for large or custom orders), you can submit your specs as a quote request instead of buying directly. The shop will follow up with a formal price quote, generated from the same pricing engine — so it will match what you'd actually be charged.
Sharing a price with someone else
If you need to share pricing with a teammate, boss, or organization before committing, ask the shop whether they can send you a shareable price/quote PDF — many Web2ink-powered shops can generate one directly from the pricing you're viewing.
