Web2ink is a web-to-print platform built specifically for screen printers, DTG shops, embroiderers, sign shops, commercial printers, print brokers, and promotional product distributors. Instead of bolting a generic e-commerce theme onto your business, Web2ink gives you a purpose-built WordPress and WooCommerce site with an online design studio, a print-process pricing engine, and order/production tools designed around how a print shop actually works.

The core of every plan
Every Web2ink plan — Full Site or DIY, Basic, Pro, or Catalog — is built on the same foundation:
- Online Design Studio – Your customers personalize products (apparel, signs, promo items, whatever you sell) directly on your site, with full-coverage design capability, saved designs, and support for team/roster orders with personalization (names, numbers, etc.).
- Print-process pricing engine – Pricing is calculated automatically based on your print process, ink colors, quantity tiers, and product options, so customers see accurate pricing without you touching a calculator.
- Order & production management – Every order — including uploaded art files — lands in one place, with customizable order statuses, a production calendar, and due-date tracking.
- WordPress + WooCommerce foundation – Your site runs on WordPress with Elementor Pro and Astra Pro, so you (or your designer) have full control over pages, blog content, and SEO. Nothing about Web2ink locks you out of standard WordPress tools.
- Hosting – All plans include high-speed, scalable hosting on Google Cloud with SSL, daily backups, automatic updates, and a global CDN.
- Lifetime updates & support – As Web2ink ships new features and pricing/designer improvements, they roll out to your site as part of your plan.
