Your Onboarding Timeline: Signup, Discovery Form & Launch
Last updated
Getting a new Web2ink site live follows three stages. Here's what happens at each one, and what we need from you to keep things moving.
1. Sign up
Sign-up happens directly and securely on web2ink.com, or over the phone if you'd rather talk it through first. There are no long-term contracts — you can change or cancel your plan at any time. If you're unsure which plan fits your shop, see Welcome to Web2ink: What's Included in Your Plan before you sign up.
2. Get onboarded
This is where things get personal. You'll fill out our discovery form, and be prepared to talk with us a few times as we learn about your shop, your product mix, your branding, and how you want customers to experience your site. The more we know, the better we can build it.
Typical timeline: site design takes about 2 weeks for Full Site Plans. DIY Plans move as fast as you complete your own setup — many DIY shops are live within days.
What to have ready before/during discovery:
- Your logo and brand colors (or a starting point if you don't have brand guidelines yet)
- The product categories you plan to sell (apparel, signage, promo items, etc.)
- Any existing pricing structure you want reflected in the print-process pricing engine
- Domain name details, and access if you already own one
3. Site launch
This is the fun part. Our team helps with:
- Setting up your initial pricing and product catalog
- Pointing your domain to our servers
- Setting up your payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
When we hand off your site, it's ready to sell — not a placeholder that still needs weeks of configuration.
After launch
Once live, you have full access to your WordPress admin and Web2ink settings to keep building: importing more products, adjusting pricing, opening custom/team stores, and connecting integrations. See Importing Products & Categories From the Web2ink Catalog and How Web2ink Calculates a Price, Step by Step as your next steps.
