Support was broken — so we rebuilt it
We started GetSupportX in 2024 after years of stitching together a help desk, a separate chat widget, a knowledge base, an automation tool and a reporting add-on — none of which talked to each other. Customers repeated themselves. Agents drowned in tabs. Nobody was happy.
We believed there was a better way: one workspace where a chat, an email and an API ticket from the same person all share the same context — and where AI helps draft, summarize and resolve without ever inventing an answer or training on someone else's data.
Today thousands of support teams run on GetSupportX. We're still early, still shipping every week, and still building the tool we wished we'd had when we were the ones answering tickets at 2am.
