These documents are templates provided for general information and site completeness — they are not legal advice. Please consult your own counsel before relying on them. The definitive terms that apply to your account are those in the agreement you sign with GetSupportX, Inc.

To provide the Service, GetSupportX engages a small set of trusted third-party providers ("subprocessors") that may process Personal Data on our behalf. We impose data-protection obligations on each subprocessor and remain responsible for their performance under our Data Processing Addendum.

The table below lists our current subprocessors and the purpose and primary processing region for each.

Change notifications

We may add or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. Customers can subscribe to subprocessor change notifications so they are informed in advance of any addition or replacement.

Objecting to a new subprocessor

Where required under our Data Processing Addendum, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice before a new subprocessor begins processing Personal Data. During that period, a customer may object on reasonable, data-protection-related grounds by contacting us, and we will work in good faith to address the concern.
