This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using the GetSupportX Service. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you and your end users agree to comply with this AUP.
Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to store, send or process content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Contains malware, ransomware, or other harmful code.
- Exploits or harms minors, or depicts sexual content involving minors.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or unlawful discrimination or harassment.
Prohibited conduct
You may not, and may not allow your end users to:
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan.
- Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark without our consent.
No spam or abuse
You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, or other abusive communications, or in any way that would cause us to be placed on spam or abuse blocklists. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to message your end users and for honoring opt-out requests.
Security and integrity
You may not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service. Prohibited activities include:
- Unauthorized scanning, probing or penetration testing of our systems without prior written permission.
- Denial-of-service attacks or generating excessive load designed to degrade the Service.
- Attempting to access data or accounts that do not belong to you.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code except where permitted by law.
Lawful use
You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, consumer protection, export control and anti-spam laws, in every jurisdiction in which you and your end users operate.
Responsibility for end users
You are responsible for the activity of everyone who accesses the Service through your account, including your agents and your end users. You agree to ensure your end users comply with this AUP and to take reasonable steps to address violations within your workspace.
Enforcement and suspension
If we believe your use violates this AUP, we may investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content, throttling, suspending or terminating access, and reporting unlawful activity to authorities. Where practical and not prohibited, we will give notice before taking action, but we may act immediately to address risks to the Service, other customers, or third parties.
